Trent Bonnett is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience managing complex building projects across commercial, industrial, governmental, educational, and hospitality sectors. As the founder of 4Sight Advisors, LLC, Trent brings deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to client advocacy to every engagement.
Throughout his career, Trent has held leadership roles on both the contractor and owner's side, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. He has overseen projects from concept through completion—guiding teams through design development, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout with a focus on cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management.
Trent founded 4Sight Advisors to serve as a trusted Owner’s Representative and construction advisor for clients who lack the in-house expertise or resources to manage building projects on their own. His approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in integrity—always putting the client’s interests first.
He is known for his ability to simplify complex issues, anticipate challenges before they arise, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
